To protect your privacy, core personal information (including sensitive documents such as passports and transcripts) may be deleted from our active database within 48 hours of submission if verification is not completed. Please submit your full application and complete verification within this window. Application records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and administrative purposes.
4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access a copy of your personal data; request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten'); request correction of inaccurate data; request data portability; withdraw consent at any time. While we strive to maximise every student's chance of success, M&C Scholarship Consultancy does not guarantee admission, scholarship approval, or visa issuance. References to 'high success rates' reflect historical outcomes and are not a contractual guarantee for any individual application.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. Submitting fraudulent documents or misrepresenting your qualifications may result in immediate account termination and may have legal consequences.
4. Agent Responsibilities
Agents using this platform agree to act in the best interest of students, provide accurate information, and comply with all applicable laws including anti-bribery and data protection regulations.
5. Fees & Refunds
Service fees are communicated prior to engagement. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery. Please contact us for our detailed refund policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, images, and documents, is the property of M&C Scholarship Consultancy. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
